VMA Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the fact we immediately hold your territory once the sale is completed, as well as block out our team members calendars to complete your work, we do not offer refunds. We do offer a VMA credit for any services of the amount purchased for future marketing needs, or should you wish to start your campaign at a later date. We also do not guarantee reimbursement from your company or approvals of any kind, but will work with you on getting the items you need for any approval/reimbursement.

Our billing is month-to-month recurring billing. To cancel your monthly recurring billing, all we ask is for a 3-day written notice via email to contact@thevirtualmarketingagency.com
